Healing happens when you feel safe enough to be honest, even about the parts of yourself you'd rather not look at. I'm a licensed psychotherapist with an office in Montclair, NJ, seeing individuals, couples, and teens in person at my Montclair location and by telehealth throughout New Jersey and New York, including Hoboken and NYC. I specialize in anxiety, OCD, infertility and pregnancy loss, and teen mental health. I work with my patients closely to understand the root causes of their emotional experiences and develop tangible, sustainable solutions to create change in their mood, relationships, and overall lives.
Many of my patients are managing anxious or intrusive thoughts, moving through IVF, miscarriage, or the isolation of trying to conceive, or are teens and parents navigating OCD and anxiety together. I draw on CBT, ACT, and DBT alongside a trauma informed, psychodynamic lens to build tools that actually hold up in daily life, not just in session.
My clinical work is warm, supportive, and solution-oriented. My Montclair office serves patients locally in Essex County, and I see patients by telehealth across New Jersey and New York, including Hoboken and NYC. Fertility struggles can be one of the most isolating experiences a person goes through, even surrounded by people who love you. This eight week group is a space to process the grief, anxiety, and uncertainty of IVF, IUI, and trying to conceive alongside others who understand it firsthand. I draw on CBT, ACT, and somatic tools to build coping skills for the two week wait, setbacks, and hard moments. For adults in active fertility treatment or trying to conceive, based in NJ or NY.
