At Bodh Center for Wellness, we support people coping with interpersonal stress, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and grief. Dr. Jain and Dr. Malhi relate well to the struggle of rediscovering and redefining the many facets of one's identity, balancing multiple cultural and generational norms, starting and re-starting our lives, and figuring out how to be comfortable in our own skin. We are keen to support people of color, expats, nomads, immigrants, and Third Culture Kids (TCKs) through acculturative stress, identity development, re-establishing a sense of belonging, and navigating intergenerational conflict.
We experience suffering when we feel alone in our pain. By focusing on the interpersonal factors that impact your sense of well-being, and understanding how your intersecting identities influence your values, we will help you find your way back to a meaningful, fulfilling life. Our collaborative approach is holistic and unique to you.
You may be feeling vulnerable as you search for the right therapist to trust. Pursuing therapy is a big commitment to re-establishing your sense of wellness. Give us a call - we would be honored to support you. Together, we can sort through what is troubling you and making your heart heavy.
