In our initial sessions, we will focus on getting to know each other better and co-creating an environment that feels safe. As we work together, we'll begin to explore and notice how your life experiences have impacted the way that you engage with others, the world, and your challenges.
I believe that an authentic and intimate therapeutic relationship can help clients facilitate the growth that they would like to observe in themselves.
