My background includes training in Body-Centered Psychotherapy which focuses on felt present experience of the body to access core material of the psyche. I specialize in working with the sensitive soul and am skilled in assisting clients in releasing trauma. I provide virtual and phone sessions. Body-Centered Psychotherapy utilizes mindfulness and body awareness based on Eastern Philosophy.

I have many years experience counseling children, youth, and adults. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I am also experienced in working with people from multi-cultural backgrounds. I use a variety of techniques including psychodynamic, behavioral, and cognitive therapy as well as mediation and conflict resolution techniques.
