Best-selling author Dr. Sue Johnson (Hold Me Tight, Lovesense) is the originator of EFT and has been my mentor for over 10 years. I learned EFT from her and she continues to mentor me. EFT is relevant for all types of couples and for many common relationship stressors.
As the Director of the Washington Baltimore Center for EFT, I teach EFT locally, nationally, and internationally. Teaching the model always keeps me learning and on the leading edge of research & practice.
