I have worked with clients who are in toxic relationships as well as clients who suffer from anxiety and depression. I specialize in working with individuals with trauma, low self worth, psychological abuse, childhood abuse, family conflict, relationship conflict. I also work with preteens and teens who struggle with self harm and self-esteem.
I work to empower you to make life choices that help affirm who you are. It's my goal to provide a space to help you change patterns that may be negativity impacting your life.
