I am most passionate about working with people who are not happy with their current situation and wanting to make a change. For individuals this might be wanting to analyze the relationship they are in, make a career change, challenge old mindsets that are no longer working for them or disuss current mental health symptoms they are experiencing. For couples this could be exploring compatability, communication challenges, lack of intimacy, ongoing conflict, confronting addiction or having experienced an affair. My training in trauma, addiction and recovering from affairs allows me to work with the most challenging circumstances.

Our goal as counselors is to create a supportive environment in which our clients can explore their emotional needs and overcome barriers that limit their full potential.
