**Currently Not Accepting New Clients** Let's face it: We have ALL experienced some type of negative situation in our lives. Whether it is divorce, death, or other traumatic experiences, you do not have to deal with these challenges alone. Maybe you are having issues in your job or relationships? Perhaps you are having a hard time functioning from day to day or experiencing behavioral issues in school? Regardless of the circumstances, my goal is to walk with you through these difficult times and assist you with discovering healthy coping skills and maintaining a positive lifestyle.
I know therapy can seem scary at first. It may be hard to ask for help, however, while in my care, I promise to uphold confidentiality, while creating a place of trust. My goal is to establish a place of safety so you can communicate honestly and openly.
I graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a BA in Psychology and Dallas Baptist University with a MA in Counseling. I have extensive experience with assisting in personal circumstances affecting your daily life and overcoming personal struggles.
