I have completed advanced training at the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Study Center (PPSC) and through the Center for Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). My practice is enhanced by the specialized training I have received in (ACT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, (IFS) Internal Family Systems and Trauma theory.
