I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) I provide psychotherapy services for adults and the geriatric population. Life can get challenging sometimes and these challenges may seem impossible to overcome; my goal is to work side by side with my clients, providing them with the tools and coping skills that will empower them to manage life's challenges successfully. My practice style is solution focused, strength-based and non-judgemental.
My experience includes but is not limited to issues such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, oppositional defiance, ADD/ADHD, high functioning autism spectrum disorder and mental challenges triggered by long-term illnesses in the geriatric population, physical disability, environmental changes such as moving into assisted living or loss of a loved one.
