I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). I work with individuals and teens in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence and substance abuse. Hello, and welcome! I work best with clients who are going through transitions, experiencing relationship problems, unravelling past traumas, breaking away from family patterns, coping with mood disorders, and trying to find themselves. I strongly believe therapy is for everyone, and that most of us at some point in our lives find ourselves needing clarity, refocusing, and processing. Some of my clients have seen counselors throughout their lives; others are having their first experience in therapy. I enjoy working with both! (At this time I am only seeing clients 18+ years old)

Since 2005 I have worked with clients struggling with a variety of challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, addiction, family strain, low self-esteem/confidence, parenting, grief/loss and life transitions.

Helping others help themselves has been the focus of my life’s work. I have over 25 years working with a diverse population of children/teens, adults, and families. My goal is to help individuals understand who they are and how their past, along with the patterns they create, impact their present, and then to take that knowledge and figure out how to navigate to where they want to be. The therapy process includes empowering my clients in realizing their inner wisdom, and discovering their innate potential to lead a satisfying, fulfilling life. I work with children and their caregivers who are experiencing challenging behaviors, transitions, family conflict, adjustment issues, attachment concerns, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, self esteem, both individually and in family therapy. My therapy style consists of a two part process with parent consultations along with individual therapy and I encourage parents to be a part of the therapeutic process. I also provide services to adult individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, grief, and self esteem.
