RADIAS Health is home to several programs located in downtown St Paul. Our professional staff see clients with a wide variety of concerns ranging from anxiety, grief, relationships and mood disorders. We have a state-certified DBT Program; Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic and our newest program Compass. Compass provides treatment to individuals experiencing a first episode of non-affective psychosis. Our programs provide a collaborative team-based approach. We believe in partnering with clients' needs in a culturally sensitive, person-centered care.
The Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic sees clients Monday through Friday. There is a state-certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy Program (DBT-IOP) that offers virtual groups through Zoom. Ages seen in therapy and DBT are 18+. Compass serves residents ages 15+ in Ramsey, Anoka and Washington Counties.
Staff are happy to meet either via Zoom or at our offices. We work with a wide array of folks from the metro area and greater Minnesota. Our offices in Lowertown Saint Paul are located close to parking, transit routes and major freeways.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
This group is a skills training group and is a part of the DBT Intensive Outpatient Program at the St Paul office location. In order to participate in this group, persons must be working with a DBT certified individual therapist involved in a DBT adherent program.
