I work with adults, young and seasoned, dealing with underlying issues such as anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and relationship related, guiding them through to cope with and/or healing through such challenges. Together, we will get you through a crisis from divorce to death and support you to "resurrect" from such major life transitions. I draw upon cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, expressive arts (including visual arts, body movement, music, poetry and journaling), career counseling, eco-therapy and mindfulness, to effect change. In addition, I bring 30 years of working with individuals in higher education.

I am a caring and compassionate therapist, working with pre-teen & teen girls struggling with anxiety and depression, relationship issues, academic performance, self harm, suicidal ideations and trauma. Having raised girls, I understand working through these issues can be difficult. A good therapist can be valuable. I am inspired to also work with adult woman experiencing infertility, divorce or even navigating a co-parenting relationship. These life changes can be challenging and I truly enjoy being a support to you while also providing concrete tips and knowledge around how to work through these changes.
