I specialize in helping people to overcome anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, difficulty in managing emotions, life transitions, coping with trauma, and relationship challenges. I am an advocate for social justice and human rights, and believe wholeheartedly in the values of cultural competency, inclusion, and and non-judgmental empathy.
