Build self-awareness, develop your relationship skills (both personal and professional) and join a rich and i nourishing community. We meet one Sunday per month for the entire day and work to build a group culture of trust, authenticity and intimacy. Process/growth groups these groups meet in the Easy Bay one weekend day per month from 10am-4pm. Call to arrange an interview.

“The world is made not of atoms but of stories.” We all carry our own stories. Some are public, some are known only to our intimates, some are known only to ourselves. In this women’s group we will create a safe space to explore and share our own stories and hear those of others. Through interweaving archetypal stories - Demeter and Persephone, The Ugly Duckling) we can come to know ourselves and our interconnectedness at deeper levels. The group will meet Tuesdays in Midtown Sacramento 6pm-7:15pm. Cost is $75 per session.
