This group allows survivors to grieve the losses caused by narcissistic injury: trust in self and others caused by the trauma-bond and the love-bombing, gaslighting, shifting blame, deflecting, and discarding cycle. Survivors learn how to protect themselves and reduce the negative aftermath of these injuries. Survivors learn how to identify narcissistic traits and develop healthy protective mechanism, a strong sense of self, and effective coping skills in relationship with others.
