Life is hard enough, finding a therapist shouldn't feel impossible, my goal is to make the process as smooth as possible. I have over 15 years of clinical experience and enjoy working with individuals and especially new parents. I hope to work with clients to strengthen relationships, foster change and enhance what might already be working. I have helped clients to learn effective strategies to live more fulfilling and satisfying lives.

Issues that I have experience working with include depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, parenting stress and strategies, and changes in relationships and other life transitions. I have advanced training in treating peripartum mood disorders and anxiety and I am a certified Postpartum Mental Health Counselor.
