Change happens when someone is present with you in a supportive environment. My approach is psychodynamically based, incorporating neuropsychological, mindfulness, and body-based techniques. I have experience in a broad range of issues from addictions and trauma to performance enhancement. I specialize helping sex addicts and their partners heal by treating the core issues. As a coach, I help professionals and business owners become more effective leaders and more productive in their personal lives.
I am a Certified Sex and Multiple Addictions Therapist with EMDR training. My in depth approach is integrative and direct, providing skills to help you in your life.
