I mostly work with active and retired public safety (incl DOC), EMS, fire, ER staff, active duty and combat vets as clients. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed independent substance abuse counselor (LISAC), national certified counselor (NCC), clinically certified forensic counselor (NFC), trauma and anger therapist.
My theoretical approach could be called person-centered cognitive behavioral therapy, I also use EMDR, cognitive processing therapy, forward facing trauma therapy (for PTSD) etc. I specialize on trauma, acute stress, depression, anxiety and anger.
I am a German native, former TPD volunteer, and own Karoline's Bells for officers (a small non-profit law enforcement appreciation project).
