I have a great deal of experience and skills working with people with addictions of all sorts including chemical, food, relationship, spending and codependency. All of this is anchored in trauma informed care and includes a proficiency in working with trauma survivors as well as people living with depression and anxiety.
I am trained in EMDR, IFS, MBCBT and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. I take a person-centered and strength- based approach that utilizes your body, mind, and spirit on your very personal journey.
