I specialize in smoking and vaping cessation. Most of my client's find success after 5-8 EMDR sessions. I work with individuals on process addiction. I’m proud of my clients’ successes in over twenty years as a professional, and I’m grateful to have had sincere, thoughtful, and committed clients.
Most of our painful feelings originate in faulty thinking, conscious or subconscious. Together we find concrete understandings and process through your feelings until you are comfortable in mind, body, and spirit.
My practice is evidenced based resting on a CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) platform. I integrate data driven methods such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization), Gottman Couples Therapy and EFT ( Emotionally Focused Therapy).
