We have 9 therapists (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) who provide counseling for almost any emotional/mental/spiritual challenge people face in today's culture. We have therapists on most major insurance and EAP panels and also work with private pay clients as well.

Looking for a therapist for your child or adolescent can be daunting. Every child's situation and needs are different. I provide a warm, energetic, compassionate atmosphere to help make my clients and their families feel at ease. Whether that means talking while playing ping pong or talking via telehealth. I believe that when a child is in their element, they are more likely to be receptive to the therapeutic process. This is why our office has several play and activity rooms. I also believe that communication with parents is the key to success, so I communicate frequently with parents via email or with parent meetings.

Each person has a unique story about what's going on and how they got there. What I incorporate into my sessions is authenticity, humor, and a pragmatic approach. I strive to build a solid rapport with each client, as I know that the therapist/client relationship is essential to healing. I use an eclectic approach and I pull from a lot of different modalities when working with clients. What I find is more important than any theory or modality is being there my client in whatever moment they are in.
