I am skilled at issues ranging from substance use and eating disorders, anxiety and depression along with a specialty in sports performance improvement. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and a Certified Mental Performance Consultant with both the NBA and in Major League Baseball.
I offer one-on-one counseling, individual, team and business assessments along with remote counseling through Facetime/Skype. I also have personal experience, having over a decade in recovery from substance abuse.I also have a MA in Sports Performance Psychology and am trained in EMDR.
