I work with adults and couples, as well as with children and teens. During my 30 years of practice, I have found the most effective therapies are practical, easy to understand, and focused on reaching your goals. It is my privilege to offer you my expertise along with a nonjudgmental attitude, compassion, and a sense of humor. I tend to have a directive style, in a solution focused approach to issues.
I deal with individuals with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and trauma. The school age clients may also be seen for these same issues but I deal with those effected by ADD, substance issues and behavioral difficulties as well.
