I work with individuals, couples, families, groups, and even do team-building consultation within work settings.
I use humor and laughter in my therapy practice. Joy and meaning are possible beyond past experiences of pain and loss. Trust is key as clients deserve to feel safe while exploring insights, creating a shift so that they can be more happy and free in love and work. I am especially available now to front-line providers. I have the capacity for deep listening.
