Do you want to create more thriving relationships in your life? As human beings we all have a desire for healthy connection with others- it’s necessary in order to grow. I believe that therapy is a journey of self-discovery, problem solving, establishing healthy boundaries, and a time for self-reflection. Therapy can help people find solutions to everyday problems, develop thriving relationships with your children, parents, spouses/partners. Therapy can help you manage uncertainty about whether or not to stay in a relationship or identify stumbling blocks preventing you from being where you want to be in your life.
My practice provides person centered care across the life span. I meet my clients where they are fully aware that they are the experts of their own unique life experiences. I enjoy working with teens, college students, and adults. My areas of interest include: relationship issues, mother-daughter problems, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, depression and anxiety.
My first priority is to make sure that you feel comfortable, understood, and accepted. I will listen and provide feedback and tools that I think might be helpful as you experiment with making the desired changes in your life.
