I am a Licensed Psychotherapist and Life Coach with over 30 years of experience, compassionate about helping others to rise above and better deal with their life challenges, both past and present. I had the pleasure of being licensed as a psychologist in Beijing, China and worked with expats from around the globe during my years as an Expat. I have successfully treated PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Family Issues, Eating Disorders, Career-related, and Expat Issues. I've also helped those who have experienced emotional trauma/other abuse. I invite you to not just work on "getting better" instead work on "getting well

My approach is eclectic in nature often utilizing EMDR, cognitive-behavioral, positive psychology, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapies. I will tailor our session including the dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique circumstances. My goal is to help you to get well.
