I am a compassionate, solution-oriented therapist dedicated to providing exceptional care and devising creative treatment plans for children, adolescents and adults dealing with behavioral and/or mental health disorder. I expertise in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) for a lasting solution to my client's struggles. I enjoy working with clients through the process of healing and helping them to be in control of their treatment while necessary guidance is provided for an optimum outcome.

While I understand what it means to be mentally devastated, my mission is to help my clients identify their problems, overcome their obstacles and set new goals to a better future and ultimately becoming a better person.
