I employ an eclectic therapy approach to ensure interventions are tailored to my client’s needs. I believe in building a strong therapist-client relationship that fosters vulnerability in a safe space. I encourage exploration of the past in order to establish a greater understanding and framework for "healing and transformation" in the "here and now".
