The core of my therapy work is to address and remove barriers that will allow one to gain a deeper connection to their inner self and the spirit within; to gain healing and move forward in a positive direction. Whether you are suffering from an addiction, negative emotions and/or behaviors, or if you are simply looking to improve mental health wellness, therapy sessions will be designed to meet your needs.
I utilize traditional approaches (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, CBT, motivational enhancement, etc.) in addition to holistic and spiritual interventions complimented by a strengths-based approach to emphasize positive qualities and self efficacy. Therapy IS self-care and demonstrates a healthy desire to improve your well-being!
