I have personal, relational, and clinical experience with emotional immaturity, childhood trauma, masturbation, low self-worth, domestic violence, sexual assault, drug addiction, sexual addiction, infidelity, faith crisis, abusive relationships, divorce, and pretending like none of this was happening within me or around me. In sharing my experiences with being human I hope to create a space where you can be fully human.
My journey has taught me the profound importance of acknowledging and confronting the complexities of human experience, even when it's uncomfortable.
