I’ve been in the behavior change industry for almost 30 years. My motto, “the last thing that an adult or child needs is a critic-they need someone who is competent, compassionate and committed”. Groups
African American Men Relationships Infidelity
The purpose of this group is to provide a safe and competent space for African American men who are seeking help with infidelity/faithfulness in a long term relationship (marriage). Participants will learn skills in psychological flexibility, values clarification, mindfulness and acceptance. The ideal candidates will observe boundaries, practice confidentiality and anonymity while learning to build strength in the area of fidelity. I use a culturally relevant approach with a variety of age groups, metaphors and clinical structure. Sessions will list for approximately 45-50 min for 8 sessions (1 session per week). Sessions are virtual only.
