For teens and adults dealing with suicidal thoughts, self-harm, anxiety, depression, anger and trauma I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal family system.
I am dedicated to supporting clients from all cultural backgrounds. With extensive community mental health experience, I have experience working with children, teenagers, adults, and families.
