My wide range of experience and knowledge has given me the freedom to utilize many therapeutic approaches that can help clients resolve their issues. I have over 20 years of experience.
In therapy, clients can build on their external resources and allow the internal resource of hope to develop and ignite. If depression, anxiety, or other significant life events occur, all aspects of life can seem out of control. Once clients learn to navigate through the emotions, perspectives change, confidence is gained, and empowerment is mastered!
