The group provides support and accountability to make the changes necessary to reach your goals. It's a safe place to play it unsafe and be vulnerable with other men. Also, it is a lot of fun.
For my 1:1 work, I specialize in helping clients on building a better relationship with themselves in order to improve relationships with others. Improving and navigating intimate relationships can be difficult, but the feeling of deep connection to others can provide much satisfaction. I strive to help clients feel safe and be able to open up to others.
I find the need for more empowerment and the ability for someone to have a voice as a necessary tool to navigate the ever changing world that we live in. We are all in charge of our own experience and seeking out what we find as pleasurable and satisfying.
