I am a counselor who specializes in helping clients achieve their goals. I offer a judgment-free, unconventional approach to counseling as I believe therapy should be tailored to the person asking for help. I firmly believe everyone does things in their own unique way and time so honing in on self-identified strengths assists me with helping clients improve upon what they may consider their "challenges". I also assist my clients with getting in tune with those hidden strengths they may be unaware of. The hardest part of therapy is getting started. Book a session and take a chance. I work with couples, families, individuals, children, teens, and groups who are struggling with communication, family relationships, couple's relationships, infidelity, grief and loss, divorce, family violence, sexual abuse, and sexual assault. Most people struggle in relationships with others at some point in their lives; this is part of being human. We can benefit from talking things through.

Cecilla studied and graduated in psychology in her native country of Peru. After immigrating to the USA, she has earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology. She has completed AMO academy's required training and evaluation and was awarded the title of Master Hypnotherapist certification. Currently, Cecilla is pursuing her master's degree in Clinical Psychology. She believes in focusing on guiding the client to find the root cause of the mental difficulties and working together to meet desired goals.

Justin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and has been actively working in the Valdosta community for over five years. I was licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2005. I received my M.S. (2000) at Jacksonville State University. Divorce and family issues are hard to deal with, so I provide therapy to help through hard times. I work with parents and grandparents who are suffering due to alienation and post traumatic stress. I also assist in high-conflict divorce cases where parental alienation exists meeting with the children and adults involved. My experience includes educational counseling experience, as well as life experience. Helping parents and children get through many life changes such as divorce and re-adjustments can be assisted with therapy by giving them tools to cope.
