Dayna truly believes that every individual deserves to find lasting happiness that comes from within. No one can do this for another. Instead, it is a commitment to oneself. Dayna is passionate about her clients receiving personalized and individualized therapeutic care. She limits her caseload to achieve that goal because she believes a client deserves a clinician who is totally invested in their treatment, without distractions. EMDR, women empowerment and religious abuse are her area of expertise.

I know what it is like to fight, and to let go in order to get to the other side of those struggles and challenges.
