I believe the relationship between therapist and client is the most important part of the healing process. As an integrative therapist, I draw from evidence-based approaches and tailor each session to meet your unique needs. Together, we’ll create a collaborative plan, and I will invite your feedback to make sure our work continues to feel meaningful.
I am currently licensed in the states of Texas, Oklahoma, and Massachusetts. During our initial 15 minute phone consultation, I will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding therapy, therapy style, insurance, etc. Current Availability: Telehealth visits via Sessions by Psychology Today- Monday-Friday 8am-7pm.
