My mission is to provide the highest quality mental health care in a compassionate and culturally sensitive way to help individuals, groups, and families achieve their personal goals. I use client-centered and evidence-based approaches to address the unique needs of my clients and work collaboratively to help each client to achieve a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I specialize in treating a variety of areas such as anxiety, depression, PTSD/ trauma, and stress management. I tailor treatment to your specific needs and enjoy helping and empowering youth and young adults.
I have over 15 years experience working with children and adolescents on a wide array of issues ranging from sexual abuse and trauma to more complex behavioral needs. Majority of my career, I have worked as a school social worker and have extensive knowledge on navigating the school system and the special education process.
I have both professional and personal experience working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum and have a special interest in helping families with the unique challenges that they face. I view therapy as a partnership and work with my clients to set mutually agreeable goals that they would like to achieve in order to support their loved one.
