Hi, thank you for visiting my page! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider in the state of Florida, New York, and New Jersey. I work with women and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship challenges. I work closely with each client to help them achieve their goals using a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy. We focus on healing, self love and acceptance, and long-term growth.
I provide a non-judgmental space for my clients to feel safe and comfortable during our sessions. I help each client uncover their strengths and resources, as well as provide them with the necessary skills to reach their goals.
Currently, I only have remote openings available (via Zoom). Whether you've gone to therapy in the past or this is your first time, I look forward to accompanying you on your journey.
