Do you think deeply, feel intensely, and get stuck in your head? I work with highly sensitive, thoughtful adults who are high‑functioning on paper but struggling inside with anxiety, shame, burnout, or emptiness. Many of my clients have complex or developmental trauma and identify as introverted, perfectionistic, or neurodivergent (often ADHD or autistic). I offer online therapy for adults across North Carolina and Arizona.

My style is warm, direct, and present. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and trauma‑informed approaches to help you understand what is happening inside and change patterns insight alone has not shifted. We’ll work with your inner parts and your body so you feel less at war with yourself and more at ease in daily life.

Best fit: adults 18+ who have done a lot of self‑work, are open to depth, and can meet weekly or every other week. New clients are private pay at $210 per 50‑minute session; many use out‑of‑network benefits. I’m not a fit for crisis care or court‑mandated treatment.
