I am a Licenced Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor(LCDC-I). I have been working with clients from different settings; hospitals, school and clinical, and with clients dealing with a wide range of mental health issues. As someone with roots in South Asia, therapy is not just a profession for me; it is a true passion. I wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of therapy and the potential it holds for individuals to become the best versions of themselves.
The first session will be an open space for you to feel comfortable, acknowledged, heard, and trust in the therapy process. The session will be focused on gathering more information about yourself; present and past, and any questions that you are not comfortable opening up we will skip those questions respectfully.
My goal of becoming a therapist came from my inner desire to help people in need of mental health help; guiding them in resolving those issues or at least making them be mindful of the issue’s impact they have on mental health and overall wellbeing.
