I have over 25 years experience helping adults overcome cPTSD/PTSD, food addiction, childhood trauma, anxiety, women's issues and grief. I believe life circumstances may cause disruptions in our well-being but I believe there are natural forces within us that can be harnessed.
My clients often find me after years of therapy - sometimes they feel they haven't made much progress; often, they've hit a 'stuck point' they can't seem to move past. My goal is to facilitate clients' integrated healing so they may live authentically.
I provide in-office therapy & trauma intensives in Asheville, NC and am licensed to provide teletherapy in 40 states. My clinical approaches include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy (including KAP and MAPS training for MDMA-assisted psychotherapy), Sensorimotor therapy, and EMDR.
The circumstances that bring us to therapy are hard, and moving towards healing can feel difficult. Working together, you can experience and develop powerful skills for healing from your own home or in-person in Asheville.
