About
I think of psychotherapy as a joint effort between myself and my patients. My experience is varied. I treat adults, individuals and couples with relationship problems. My expertise in working with patients with post traumatic stress makes me particularly well suited to treating patients impacted by the covid-19 virus.
Over the years I have developed a sub-specialty. I treat patients who suffer from anxiety and depression associated with past experiences of emotional and physical trauma and abuse. I help patients gain greater control over their lives through increased self awareness and understanding.
What is unique about my practice is my focus. I believe the relationship I develop with my patients creates a safe atmosphere for self-revelation which leads to understanding and healing. My home-office has a separate entrance and is very private.
