Free online therapy sessions will be available from 11/23 - 12/31 including hours on Thanksgiving and Xmas!
As an experienced higher education professional, providing therapy as an intern under supervision, I can help clients with college/career transitions, relationship challenges, identity and self-esteem, grief and loss, toxic work environments, cultural adaptation, stress and anxiety, and life transitions (aging, disability, illness).
My approach is person-centered, practical, integrative and tailored to your unique needs, utilizing methods such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, somatic work, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
I value multi-culturalism and diversity. I accept and welcome adults 18+ who are traditional, religious (Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist), conservative, LGBTQIA+, atheists, poly or neurodivergent, etc... There are many ways to be in the world and I am open to helping each client find what works best for them.
Because mental health care should be accessible to all, online therapy sessions are only $30 / hour with some sliding scale options. People with mast cell activation diseases, auto-immune conditions, other chronic illnesses and disability are encouraged to reach out.
