My specialties include anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and ADHD. I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults. If you are under or overweight, using food to cope, or struggling with aspects of daily life or your relationships, talking about it really does help. We can work together to create healthier thought and behavior patterns.
I am trained in Psychodynamic therapy, SandTray, and other evidence-based practices. I collaborate with doctors and Registered Dietitians to provide a broader and more effective continuum of care.
