If you’re constantly overthinking, feeling stuck, replaying conversations, or emotionally exhausted in your relationships, you’re not alone. I work with people experiencing anxiety, trauma, burnout, and relationship stress, including those healing from narcissistic or emotionally unhealthy relationships. You may be people pleasing, second-guessing yourself, feeling emotionally drained, struggling with boundaries, or carrying the effects of childhood trauma. Together, we slow things down, notice patterns in your thoughts and body, and begin shifting them with self-compassion, mindfulness, and awareness.

I use a trauma-informed, somatic, and attachment-based approach, integrating CBT, DBT, EMDR-informed work, parts work, and Somatics. We focus on mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and breaking negative thought loops to help you feel more grounded, emotionally secure, and connected in your relationships and daily life.
