I am a clinical psychologist who is passionate about my work in supporting youth, young adults and their families to address life’s challenges. Over the past 16 years, I have worked with diverse patients who are coping with anxiety, depression, adjustment to chronic illness-particularly chronic pain conditions, challenges related to gender and sexual identity, as well as difficulties faced with peer and family relationships.
My engagement in sessions involves a joint understanding of the challenges you would like to see change, combined with recommendations and a treatment approach that is integrative and evidence-based. I am committed to providing the best care possible through a trusted partnership with you, beginning from whatever place you are in, just as you are.
I’m happy to provide a free 15 minute consultation. If you are interested, please send me an email and I'll respond to you to chat about what you're looking for in a psychologist. Afterwards, if you feel that I may be a good fit to work with you and/or your child, we can discuss the next steps of working together. I look forward to hearing from you.
