My name is Dina Bullock, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in San Diego, California, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I specialize in working with clients dealing with anxiety, grief, depression, and stress by utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and a strengths-based focus. I work well with adults, young adults, and teens who may be struggling with challenges of life transitions, social pressures, anxiety, depression, stress, and grief.
My approach to therapy varies based on the client with whom I'm working. Most frequently, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness in order to assist my clients in working through their life stressors and move forward in a positive direction.
