I have been providing therapy since 2017 with decades of previous career experience working with adults, college students, teens, and children. I embrace a person-centered & integrative approach to therapy, drawing from theories such as Narrative, Gestalt, CBT, DBT, Relational, and Existential; however, my client's need will always guide my approach.
